To grate and cut the truffle, it keeps the properties of fresh truffle because it is frozen with the deep-freezing method. It keeps the aroma and taste of fresh truffle, with a different texture. Vacuum-packed in three formats, to facilitate its use: whole truffle, pieces of truffle, small pieces of truffle, and with the three formats we maintain the quality that characterizes us.

Washed truffle and selected according to our own criteria. Frozen in a quick process, within tenths of a second, which means that it does not lose any of its properties or qualities.
Black Truffle or Tuber Melanosporum is presented in three formats to the customer, in accordance with their needs. All formats are offered in 500 gr. vacuum packaging:
a) Whole truffle: pieces of more than 20 gr
b) Piece of truffle: a piece of more than 20 gr
c) Small pieces of truffle
CONSERVATION:
The product should be preserved frozen. Expiration period: One year.
USE
It is used without defrosting to handle the product better, and just as fresh truffle, it should not be burned plus they should always be used at the last minute, to finalize the dish.
