To be able to buy at www.gourmetnoir.com, it is desirable to register. So, in order to do that, just follow the steps and fill out the form. That way, it will not be necessary to re-enter all the data on future purchases.
Registered users are then able to add as many items as desired to their shopping carts. They will then validate the next set of steps and a shipping address will be requested.
Does the price include shipping fees?
We offer free shipping within the peninsula for orders of € 110 Eur or above (VAT included). For orders of € 110 Eur or below (VAT included) shipping costs are € 6.61 Eur (VAT not included). For shipping costs to other destinations outside the peninsula (e.g. International, Balearic Islands, etc.) please review our “Shipping and Returns” section or request information by filling in our contact form.
How long does the delivery take?
Once the product has been purchased, we will send it by post within 2 to 7 business days from the date of receipt of the order, depending on the location.
What guarantees do we offer?
Transport Guarantee: All our shipments are made by suitable transport companies. Remember that you have 24 hours to claim if your order has suffered damage originated from transport. If you have any other doubts do not hesitate to send us an email to info@gourmetnoir.com.
Product Warranty: The warranty only covers defects caused by the manufacture.
To be able to profit from the warranty of your products, you need to have the purchase invoice.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise, except for those resulting from manufacturing errors.
