When grating and slicing the truffle, it still maintains the properties of fresh truffle as it is frozen via an ultra-freezing process. It keeps the aroma and taste of fresh truffle, with a different texture. It is vacuum-packed, to facilitate its use.

Washed truffle and selected according to our own criteria. Frozen in a quick process, within tenths of a second, which means that it does not lose any of its properties or qualities.
CONSERVATION:
The product should be preserved frozen. Expiration period: One year.
USE
It is used without defrosting to handle the product better, and just as fresh truffle, it should not be burned plus they should always be used at the last minute, to finalize the dish.
